It all started back in 2006 in the city of Burgas, when we created the Morato brand with the main activity of designing and manufacturing custom-made furniture. In 2011, we also built our production base on an area of 2,400 square meters, equipped with the most modern woodworking machines in the furniture industry. We have our own production of high-quality MDF doors - gloss and veneer. We are extremely committed to the high-quality and precise execution of your furniture down to the detail. The kitchens are produced with Italian technology for high quality gloss and polishing. The company was founded in 2006. The experience and knowledge gained over the years give us the advantage of being different and distinguished in the world market with a different design and style in kitchens.
Kitchen doors from Morato Kitchen Factory are manufactured from MDF and can be ordered in a color of your choice from the international RAL color catalog. At the same time, strict control is exercised at every step of our production process. Experience and hard work are our foundation, but the continuous improvement process is what makes us different and reliable partners.

A small custom furniture company was established. A premises of 150 square meters was taken for rent, a small team of furniture makers was appointed to make furniture as well as their assembly, delivery and installation.

In order to secure its orders with a quality face, the company invested in the expansion of its factory in another building where MDF details (doors) will be painted. The doors can be matte or glossy in over 4000 colors, as well as CNC machines for the production of furniture doors.

The company can now offer high quality of its furniture. A large team of people who specialize in furniture production are employed. We started working with many interior designers around the world who follow the new trends and trends. Working with them taught us high professionalism and high criteria for our quality. This is a challenge that the company manages to meet.

Opening of a new showroom in the capital. There are new opportunities for projects as well as work with new design studios, with new designers who increasingly change the outlook and concept of the company's development. Many expensive and valuable projects are built in this period.

A kitchen production line is launched. On it, basic operations are performed, assembly of the press module, after which the mechanisms of the module are installed, cleaning and packaging of each cabinet. Placing it on a euro pallet and packing it. A system has been built in which the kitchen can now be transported in an assembled state to any part of the world.
